2. License to Use & Intellectual Property

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All technology, software, code, design systems, UI layouts, graphic configurations, names, and content used to provide this service are the exclusive property of ClashOfHelper.
  • Authorized Use: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the features provided in this service. You may not copy, modify, decompile, distribute, display, or transmit any part of this service without prior written consent from us.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC) License: When you upload, publish, or share Clash of Clans layouts, troop compositions, or other player-generated content on our platforms, you warrant that you hold all legal rights to such content. You hereby grant ClashOfHelper a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to store, display, distribute, reproduce, promote, and use this content to provide and optimize the services. For community integrity, public shared layouts or compositions will not be physically deleted when your account data is removed; instead, we will completely sever all links and personal ties, leaving the content fully anonymized.
  • IP Protection: Any unauthorized use of the backend APIs or code layouts constitutes an infringement and will be prosecuted under applicable civil and criminal laws.

3. User Data and Privacy

  • Privacy Principles: We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable technical measures to secure your data and prevent unauthorized disclosure.
  • Third-Party Integrations: We may integrate third-party APIs (e.g., push notifications). We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities when using the App:

  • Attack or exploit endpoints of the App or Supercell APIs.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disruption of the service.
  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activities.
  • Publish or transmit unlawful, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately if you violate these rules.

5. Service Changes and Availability

  • Service Availability: The service may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or force majeure events. We do not warrant that the service will always be continuous or error-free.
