  • Official Game Data: When you use features like Player Search or the Dashboard, we query the Supercell public API to fetch your Clash of Clans progress using only the Player Tag (e.g., #L9J2R02V) you actively input. We never request or collect your game account passwords, 2FA codes, or credentials.
  • Basic Network Request Data: To ensure service stability, we log basic network request data sent to our backend servers (excluding any sensitive account credentials).
  • App Crash & Analytics Logs: To diagnose bugs and improve performance, we may collect non-identifiable crash logs, loading speeds, and basic usage diagnostics.

3. Purpose of Using Personal Information

We collect and process the aforementioned information primarily to provide you with the best experience:

  • Game Progress Tracking: Aggregates and displays upgrade status, hero equipment, and troop levels across multiple accounts so you do not need to switch accounts inside the game.
  • Personalized Content: Remembers your favorite player tags and layout blueprints on your local device or account.
  • Performance Improvement: Uses diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the API performance of our Next.js and FastAPI services.
  • Statistical Leaderboards: Compiles anonymized game statistics to generate public leaderboards (e.g., league participation analysis).

4. Data Processing, Transmission, and Storage

  • Data Storage Security: Your essential configuration data (such as account bindings or saved tags) is safely stored in our secure cloud databases. We utilize firewalls, encryption, and isolated internal networks to safeguard your data.
  • Data Transmission Encryption: All network communications between the client and our servers are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS, ensuring security in transit.
  • Data Retention: Your data is only kept as long as you use our services. Upon account deletion or when the data is no longer necessary to fulfill the service, we immediately delete or permanently anonymize it.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties, and will only share data under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Service Providers: To maintain services, we store databases on trusted cloud providers. These companies are bound by confidentiality agreements.
